It has what they call a Patented Spinning Disc technology, embedded with aluminum oxide crystals to exfoliate away the dead cells from the surface of the skin, with Perfectly Calibrated Vacuum Suction, which increases circulation and triggers the skin’s natural healing process, leaving your skin looking fresh and with an oh so radiant glow! The device also targets the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as blemishes, enlarged pores, dark spots/scarring, and texture.
Another great feature of this device is that not only does it come with a few different variations of discs, but it also has a separate attachment that you can use on the rest of your body. Which means not only are you giving the skin on your face the royal treatment, but you’re also giving yourself some full body lovin’! It has two speed settings which, just like the variation of discs, slowly acclimates your skin to use of this device, so I advise starting with the recommended white colored training disc.
Because of the exfoliating properties of this tool, all of your skincare is able to penetrate up to 20 times deeper into your skin, which means not only does it help your skin by clearing away all of that gunk that has built up on the surface of your face, but also makes sure that your favorite beauty products are working in the best ways that they can! It should be noted that this device shouldn’t be used daily or even every other day, regardless of how good it may feel. The ideal timeframe in which you should be using the PMD Pro is once a week. Keep in mind that you also should be moving quickly across the skin without lingering on any areas to prevent busted capillaries, as well the fact that you should avoid using it on the same areas more than once. It’s important that the device is also cleaned properly after every single use, and while the company states that you can use soap, I will go farther and suggest using my favorite soap called Dr. Bronner’s Liquid Castile Soap which, unlike your average dish soap or shampoo, will disinfect as well as clean...making sure you’re limiting the likelihood of infection or irritation.
I’ve been using this device for a few months now, and I have noticed a considerable difference in both the texture of my skin as well as in my hormonal cystic acne production.
